যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে, JWH-030-এর মতো ৩-(১-ন্যাফথয়েল)পাইরোল শ্রেণির CB1 রিসেপ্টর অ্যাগোনিস্টগুলো নিয়ন্ত্রিত পদার্থ আইনের অধীনে শিডিউল I নিয়ন্ত্রিত পদার্থ হিসেবে গণ্য হয়।[5]
