৪৫ বুটিস (45 Boötis) হলো একটি একক[4][5] নক্ষত্র, যা সূর্য থেকে ৬৩ আলোকবর্ষ দূরে উত্তরের বুটস নক্ষত্রমণ্ডলে অবস্থিত। এর বেয়ার উপাধি হলো c বুটিস; ৪৫ বুটিস হলো এর ফ্ল্যামস্টিড উপাধি। এই জ্যোতিষ্কটি খালি চোখে একটি অস্পষ্ট, হলুদ-সাদা রঙের নক্ষত্র হিসেবে দৃশ্যমান, যার আপাত মান ৪.৯৩।[2] এর একটি তুলনামূলকভাবে উচ্চ সঠিক গতি (proper motion) রয়েছে, যা প্রতি বছর 0.247 আর্কসেকেন্ড হারে খগোলক অতিক্রম করে।[6] নক্ষত্রটি প্রতি সেকেন্ডে −১১ কিমি হেলিয়োসেন্ট্রিক রেডিয়াল বেগ নিয়ে পৃথিবীর দিকে এগিয়ে আসছে[2] এবং এটি উর্সা মেজর মুভিং গ্রুপ-এর একটি সদস্য।[7]

২০১২ সালের তথ্য অনুযায়ী, ১০৩.৫০ আর্কসেকেন্ড কৌণিক দূরত্বে এবং ৪০° পজিশন অ্যাঙ্গেলে (PA) ১১.৫৩ মানের একটি দৃশ্যমান সঙ্গী নক্ষত্র রয়েছে। ২০১৫ সালের তথ্য অনুযায়ী, ২৪৭.৯০ আর্কসেকেন্ড দূরত্বে এবং ৩৫৮° পজিশন অ্যাঙ্গেলে ১০.২৩ মানের আরেকটি নক্ষত্র পাওয়া যায়।[9]
